We flew to England at the end of March 1985, bought a 32' sailboat, crossed the English channel and spent the next 5 months traveling thru the canals and rivers of France from the channel to the Mediterranean and then thru another canal (the Midi) to the Atlantic Ocean, up the coast back to the English channel to England where we left the boat for sale.
